Please allow a full melt pool on the first burn.
H & H candles are made using 100% soy wax, 100% essential oils and 100% recyclable packaging. Just send the jar and packaging back in good condition and we will re-use them!
Why did we choose soy wax?
- It is a cost effective alternative to paraffin wax.
- It is natural and renewable.
- Soy wax can last up to 50% longer than paraffin candles, giving you more enjoyment!
- Soy wax spills can be cleaned up with hot soapy water.
- Soy candles produce about 90% less soot than paraffin candles.
- Soy wax has a lower melting point allowing for faster dispersion.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
H & H candles want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason any of your items are broken in transit we will be happy to replace them provided they are returned in their original packaging within 10 days.
If any of your candles are faulty, please return the faulty candle to us and we will happily send you a replacement free of charge.
